La Casita Tapas and Wine Bar is one of those kinds of restaurants you hope to find in an artsy town such as Todos Santos–warm and romantic with attentive service and exquisite, reasonably priced food.
That simple formula is turning out to be a winner for 40-year-old restaurateur Sergio Rivera and his business partner, 46-year-old Kim Gianotti-Keltto.
Open only since late November, 2010, it’s easy to see why this restaurant, located roughly mid-way between Cabo San Lucas and La Paz, already has a dedicated fan base.

Great Meal At La Casita Tapas & Wine Bar
November 27, 2010 - http://www.bajawesternonion.com/issues/101127.asp
Last night Chef Sergio served us a wonderful meal at La Casita - the new place on the corner next to the stop light. We just asked him to bring us some of his favorite tapas and they were all excellent! We had the ribeye with Jack Daniels and other surprising ingredients, the Ahi tuna sashimi with a definite Mexican twist, coconut shrimp, grilled asparagus, a cheese/fruit/prosciutto plate - desert was red pears with prickly pear sauce. I highly recommend this place to everyone! - Sergio Jauregui
